"Checkin process too long but it may be system operational problem not staff. No proper classification folder or etc. staff need to find pre-print papers and room card by hand (one by one). There were two guests before me, so checkin for me costs 15 mins roughly. Room spacious, WiFi fast, hot water 24h, bathroom clean. Recommended and will re-visit. Bus stops around, easy access to the city centre. Supermarket just downstairs. Super convenient."

"We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. "Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

"Check in was a disaster. The room we booked wasn’t available. We were upgraded to a smaller room that had no bed for my daughter. Then offered the same tiny room with a camp bed in it for my teenager! Then we were showed another tiny room with a sofa bed which when pulled out ment we had to climb over sofa bed to get in our bed! We had booked a family studio and what we booked was not what we got. We were lied too by the receptionist. There was no management there we could speak too and baring...
