"This was our 3rd visit to the Worsley hotel whilst visiting family in the UK. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are a bit in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms could use better quality towels and new granite. The current countertop looks old and worn out like an older motel, not a 4 star hotel. The bedding is minimal and when I asked for a blanket was told they only had duvets. I was really looking for something for comfort but the thin bedding was minimal and not cozy at all. "The staff and service at the guesthouse was very accommodating. My room was a nice size. It was clean, but I cleaned it more to my liking. One thing that was bothersome was, the other guests weren't as courteous and therefore nights early mornings weren't so peaceful. "

"Accessible room was spacious and seated shower was great. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5pm but we were given complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast. Parking was convenient and we weren't charged. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again "

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. "Rugby match was being played and the car park was full even though there were security guards on checking in your staying, in the morning the car park was empty. The bar and restaurant was full so paying guests could not get food"

"Excellent hotel. Central to city centre anf transport links. Was a clean, tidy place and generally happy with our stay. Only downside for me was lack of soundproofing between walls to rooms on the same floor and on the ceilings to the rooms above. Room beside mine had an inconsiderate guest (will refrain from stronger language). Got up at 6am to shower and played music nice and loud to waken me and my children.
