"The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take...

"Every room is ocean facing. Our room is impeccable and staff are very attentive and eager to assist with everything. We interacted with Paul - the pool attendant the most as we hang around the pool and the beach most of the time. We are walking distance from zone Romantica and Malecon where there's lots of souvenir shops and eateries. Will I come back again to stay at this place? Yes - totally."
