"My boyfriend and I recently spent six wonderful days at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta with two other couples, and we had an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, with gorgeous pools, a private beach, and breathtaking views that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. We especially loved the buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day, and the specialty restaurants were equally impressive. What truly made our vacation special was the exceptional service. We would like to give special recognition to Alondra and Joel, who went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Brenda at the Culinary Concierge for her assistance and dedication in helping us with our dining experiences. One of the highlights of our trip was the fabulous mariachi show. It was a wonderful celebration of Mexican culture and a memorable part of our vacation. Thank you to everyone at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta for making our stay so enjoyable. We created wonderful memories with friends and loved every minute of our visit. "My wife and I traveled to Mousai in September and again in May. We Never go to the same place twice, and we travel quite a bit. However, Hotel Mousai is unmatched in terms of the views, the amenities, the service and the FOOD! They have the best food of all theball inclusive resorts we have been to, hands down! Also, Huberto and Daniel were our butlers and they were the Absolute Best! They went above and beyond to make our celebrations special and they were extremely thoughtful and communicative. Karuma is one of the BEST steakhouses we have ever been to. We highly recommend Hotel Mousai PV and we will definitely be back again."

"We chose to stay at this hotel for one night to take advantage of their pool facilities while ours was undergoing maintenance. Unfortunately, the pool water was GREEN, the chaise lounges lacked shade and offered no umbrellas except for the perimeter tables. Furthermore, the property is in need of renovations and maintenance. The requirement to leave identification at the front desk to obtain pool towels, subpar mattress and pillow comfort, and questionable cleanliness standards, all contributing to a disappointing staycation experience."
