I like the concept of the Hotel. Unfurtanetly, hotel is still under construction. The room needed some undusting from construction. Bathroom window is not private.

Quisiera compartir mi experiencia reciente en este hotel. Debo comenzar destacando la excelente atención del personal de recepción, quienes fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento; sin duda, ellos son el punto más fuerte del lugar. Sin embargo, me gustaría señalar algunos aspectos que necesitan atención urgente. Las instalaciones se encuentran en condiciones bastante descuidadas y se nota una falta de mantenimiento general. Además, la limpieza es un tema crítico, tanto en las áreas comunes como en las habitaciones, lo cual afecta la experiencia de estancia. Por otro lado, es importante considerar la ubicación para futuros huéspedes: el hotel está situado en una zona de difícil acceso, ya que el camino es de pura subida, con empedrado y muchos escalones, lo que lo hace bastante complicado si se lleva equipaje o si no se tiene buena movilidad. Espero que estos comentarios sirvan para que el hotel pueda mejorar estos aspectos, ya que con un mantenimiento adecuado y mayor rigor en la limpieza, la experiencia sería muy distinta

La atención fue espectacular, está cerca de la zona romántica, del mercadito y de la zona de antros del malecón. Por lo qué desplazarse es muy fácil. Tiene una vista hermosa y las instalaciones son súper cómodas y limpias. Muy recomendable.

Hospedaje tranquilo y muy limpio la vista es agradable, está cercano al malecón pero es un tanto complicado llegar al lugar ya que está en un callejón estrecho y con muchas escaleras aledañas, de noche pareciera un tanto riesgoso llegar y en vehículo el acceso es complicado en mi caso con los vehículos de plataforma me podían recoger a una cuadra pero para llegar ninguno aceptó subir y me dejaban 3 cuadras abajo por lo complicado de subir la pendiente por lo que tenía que subir escaleras o atravesar zonas solas para poder llegar. Lo que no me agradó es que son muy específicos para indicarte horarios de check out a las 12 sin embargo en mi caso fue imposible encontrar a alguien en recepción, de hecho en dos ocasiones que estuve de vuelta (una de ellas en la madrugada) no se encontraba nadie en recepción y la puerta al hotel está cerrada por lo que debí esperar afuera junto con otros usuarios hasta que alguien apareció, al menos a mí no me dieron instrucciones para acceder a recepción con la llave pero lo más incómodo fue la ausencia de personal en su horario máximo de check out. En general es un hospedaje aceptable sin embargo creo que la atención en recepción podría mejorar estando presentes ya que eso podría complicar los tiempos del usuario.

Las habitaciones son excelentes, cama, almohadas, etc de primera. El personal muy atento, tienes cafe, agua, etc a la orden. Lo unico malo es el acceso a menos que tengas buena consistencia pues es una subida y bajada muy pesadas. Por lo demas todo excelente

Me gustó el hotel, pero es cierto que le faltan varios detalles, como el tema de la limpieza que no limpiaron en los 3 días, únicamente pusieron 1 toalla en el baño y no la cambiaron, no había secador del pelo, no funcionaba el agua caliente… Por lo demás estuvo bien, es un hotel muy nuevo
