The staff was amazing. Very polite and worked hard and making sure you had plenty of beverages and food. Also, you can’t beat the view from the pool side patio. Was able to see whales a few times a day. Beautiful creatures!

Great ocean view room on 3rd floor!! Easy access with stairs or elevator. Wonderful friendly staff!! Everything we needed! Taxis always out front to grab anytime! Great location to walk to the Malecon and Zona Romantica too! So many great restaurants nearby if you don’t want to do the all inclusive!

Room was very clean, bed was firm, most of the staff were amazing. Had a couple that were not very nice. Victor at one of the poolside bars was great and kept the drinks flowing and even the snacks. Our room was spotless! We loved our week at the Buenaventura. The location was ideal, we felt safe, the beach and the pools were wonderful and the entertainment and special meals were so good! The buffet was very good, for that style of eating, but it was also nice to have a la carte options. The service was exceptional and we would welcome a chance to stay there again!
