St. David's Hotels

8/10 Good
"Конечно. Вот вежливый, но достаточно серьёзный вариант отзыва на английском: I was very uncomfortable with my stay at the hotel because workers who were carrying out repairs on the roof had access to the area outside my room and could see directly into the windows. I was staying in the room at the time, and this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and exposed, as I had no privacy. I understand that roof repairs may be necessary, but the hotel should ensure that guests’ privacy and safety are protected while such work is being carried out. Guests should be informed in advance and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent workers from looking into occupied rooms. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my experience and made me feel that my privacy was not respected. I hope the hotel will take this issue seriously and make sure that it does not happen to other guests."

"Stayed here for one night while visiting London with my friends. Staff went above and beyond and we had a great experience staying here. Rooms were clean and spacious and location was great. Only thing I would mention would be that rooms did get a little warm, but nothing unbearable as the weather allowed for it. But had a good experience, would stay here again!"
