"This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. "

"Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Front desk staff not friendly at all, when we arrived at 145pm they wouldn’t even come to front desk they spoke through a camera and told us check-in doesn’t start till 3pm. Gym was horrible, no water provided. Front desk just said nobody uses gym so that’s why no water. Avoid this place!"

"Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. "You can tell the staff truly cares about the property. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were updated, the front desk attendant was very personable. My kids loved the towel elephant on the bed waiting for us too. The walking distance to the island was more convenient than if we had parked in the parking lot at the island. "Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. "Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels.
