The rooms were clean & spacious. The hotel is walking distance from Gatlinburg downtown. Sherry, Constantine & Stephanie at Bistro were kind & helpful. We enjoyed morning breakfast, remember it’s not a buffet so it takes time.

This was my second stay in this hotel. Everything was good except hot water in the room. It was slightly warm and even to get that, you have to wait till cold water is drained. It was in the room on 3rd floor.

We had a nice view of the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub because it was clean and nobody else was around. Very quiet for being in town. Room was clean and spacious.

I stayed here for three nights while exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, and I’m really glad I chose this property. It’s tucked just off a busy street, which made it surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The facilities were excellent, and both breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel were truly satisfying. While the front desk staff during check-in were a bit curt and spoke too softly to understand easily, the restaurant staff were friendly and hardworking, which made a big difference in the overall experience.

Room was nice, everything was clean, but we booked this room in particular for its balcony. Not aware that the balcony overlooked an active construction site. New hotel opens in 2027. Not the quiet, reading spot we had hoped for.

I liked the quietness of the hotel , and the convenience of walking to the Main Street where all the action is . It has a nice hot tub and courtyard for relaxing . More Adult Friendly which I appreciated .
