Was willing to let us leave our truck and trailer on their property. Would definitely stay there whenever I'm in Townsend again"

"The room was not what I would call clean. There was no sign of bedbugs or other critters, but it wasn't clean either. Beyond that, our biggest complaint was that that the single elevator was out of order. In my room there were 2 people over 80 and that are fall risks, and stairs are not fun. Luckly we were gone most of the day and didn't need to use them other than once down and once up. "We booked a suite for our trip. 4 kids 2 adults. The room was great and accommodating. The kids wore themselves out cooling down in the pool for a night swim. The location was great. Not too far from anything. We enjoyed sitting out in the patio listening to the river. The staff were very accommodating and friendly when we needed something. We did see 1 bear in the parking lot but he left shortly after and we just watching him prowl around from the safety of the top floor."

"I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all. Being in hospitality, she does not have a basic courtesy to take to someone who is a retiree and an aged person. Don’t try to even ask them for a different room, because...

"Absolutely loved this property inside and out. The feel of being out in the woods but yet close to town. The staff was always quick to answer any of our questions. Highly recommend!!"

"The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. "The room was clean. I loved the fireplace. It made everything nice and cozy. The TV was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect! I never had an issue finding parking in their lot, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions within a few minutes. The staff was helpful and promptly provided me with extra soap, towels and TP when I asked. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Gatlinburg."
