"This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. "

"Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Front desk staff not friendly at all, when we arrived at 145pm they wouldn’t even come to front desk they spoke through a camera and told us check-in doesn’t start till 3pm. Gym was horrible, no water provided. Front desk just said nobody uses gym so that’s why no water. Avoid this place!"

"Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. "Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...
