"This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport. You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry. Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind! Elizabeth was the best staff so nice and sweet...

"Best property in Cozumel. It has a small private beach with the most clear water you can think of. The setup is fantastic. A family pool by the side which is relatively busy… but it also offers a ver quiet pool surrounded by gardens in the back. "We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "
