"First time staying here - property was very well kept. Rooms were clean and the AC was comfortable. We were Premium level so there was bottled water and canned drinks in our room. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and polite. Food and drinks were excellent with lots of options. Pools were clean with lots of chairs and shade. Lots of activities during the day and at night. "We loved our stay at Occidental Cozumel! The people were just so wonderful and showed us the most generous hospitality. The food was simply amazing and the cocktails were always fun and surprising. We enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds and the traditional architecture. The snorkeling at the resort was pretty good, but while we were there we went on two different snorkeling tours to explore the Palancar Reef. What a wonderful adventure we had at Occidental!! "

"No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

"This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience...

"We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "
