"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "

"While the check in process was good, the initial room did not have air-conditioning working and that put me off after a long flight. Glenn - the night manager - was very prompt in changing to another room, that was very comfortable. After that the service - impeccable. The housekeeping staff were so nice getting me ice every few hours and always smiling. I never thought any hotel could match Mandarin but this one does the job and better. The hot and cold plunge pools at gym were handy to soothe...
"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "
