"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. "Check in and out were smooth and staff was helpful and nice. There are smart and well-thought designs throughout the hotel. Room is very chic annd modern, with super comfortable bedding and bath robe. The bathroom is great except the shower drain was a bit slow that water accumulated. I love their choice of Le Labo too."
