"The Grand Hyatt is very well located, has amazing views with floor to ceiling windows. The staff were amazing and very tentative to provide help and support when needed. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated. Although the pool area was very inviting and the gym offered all that you needed including a sauna. A BIG negative is smoking is still allowed (almost encouraged with all the ashtrays everywhere) throughout the pool area. This was made worse by having the entrance designed for...

"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "

"This is the 2nd time I stayed in the Hotel, which is located in the vibrant, convenient downtown area, WanChai. The difference is that I had my wife & two kids fly to HK this time to join me to enjoy a happy weekend.
Appreciate hospitality of the hotel. It upgraded us without additional charge to a suite room with thrilling view of the city. Clean room, spacious lobby at 19/F, modern facility and polite room service contribute a really amazing experiences of stay in Hopewell Hotel."

"Absolutely superb service and facilities. The room was small but it was designed so aethetically and ergonomically well that I enjoyed being in the space very much. The staff are so helpful and kind. Their gentleness takes the "edge" off being in Hong Kong."

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds.
I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "
