We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was conveniently located in TST with the MTT station immediately outside. The view from our room was stunning. The hotel was clean and service was excellent - not intrusive. The facilities were also good with a Dyson hair dryer in the room.

Stunning hotel, very artistic themed, the details and design of the hotel are just mind blowing, can be a bit confusing at first how to navigate the hotel, but will eventually figure it out! The view on 10th floor is just stunning. Location is connected to the mall and go straight to MTR. Everyone is friendly, staff were extremely professional and helpful.

Friendly staff and great location with K11 shopping mall right downstairs. Close to other shopping mall such as Harbour City and many dining options in TST. Kitty even set up a late check out for me to accommodate my late afternoon flight. Looking forward my next stay.

Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest a map of the different entrances and possibly an address card, so the taxi's no where to pickup and drop off easily. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property for your stay in HK.

Stunning hotel. My suite has an incredible 180 view facing the Hong Kong side harbor. Room is fairly large with a kitchen and washer. The aroma of this hotel is amazing. The air smells quite "expensive". The gym facility is top-notch. All the machines are new and in mint condition.

uniquely wonderful experience

We booked with our Expedia discount and then received emails from Jasper and Matthew asking about the reasons for our stay and our arrival and departure wishes and offering to reserve us a table for breakfast, very nice personal touches. We didn't have to introduce ourselves upon arrival on the penultimate day of our retirement celebration, Patricia and her team knew who we were from our emails. She suggested that we do the check-in in our room so we could immediately start to enjoy the spectacular view of Victoria Harbor. Our studio had a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table for four, a living room with couch, and bedroom with a view of the Hong Kong Island skyline. The entire studio had marble and wooden flooring. Patricia did the paper work with passports and signatures right there for us. I was surprised and moved to see balloons and a beautiful personalized card signed by the Resident Relations Kitty with congratulations on retirement with delicious chocolate pretzels. Patricia also explained that since our return flight to Europe was very late at night, we would receive a complimentary very late check-out until 5 p.m. the next day. Thanks to this unexpected generous hospitality, we had a full 24 hours to explore and enjoy the hotel. We had thought we were simply checking into a hotel for our last night in Hong Kong, but our experience became something far more. We are very thankful to the to the entire team for making our stay a Work of Art!
