Macaroons in the lobby were appreciated, as was the little bottle of port wine in the room. "We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was super central and easily walkable but had no issues with noise at night. The rooms were very updated with the latest technologies and appliances. The bed was super comfortable and we liked the dark aesthetic. We would highly recommend staying here!"

"Don't look for another hotel - just book here. Fantastic 5 star hotel in the best location. Reception staff all very friendly. Shout out to Rae who checked us in and showed us around the hotel facilities. The rooms are very comfortable, as is the bed. Enjoyed having the large bathroom with two sinks - made sharing a bathroom very easy. We also used the indoor leisure facilities. Pool a bit chilly but loungers comfy. Food at this hotel was tasty and not over priced. We are hoping to stay again...

"Apartment was larger than expected and a fantastic place to spend 4 days. The staff have an office within 5 minutes walk and are extremely responsive to any questions or needs. The apartment is on a busy pedestrian street and some may be concerned about noise. With the windows closed, the apartment is exceptionally quiet.
