"Hotel in a very convenient central position to be able to walk to all areas of Porto centre and to the river. The front part of the hotel is in a very attractive old palace building, with grand rooms. Most rooms are in a nicely designed modern block behind (basic/classic rooms are quite small). "The room and the location was fabulous! The room was spacious, simple and clean. We were in walking distance to restaurants, bars, port and wine shops and shopping. "The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage.
