"The service was horrible from the second we stepped foot on their property until a week after we checked out. We are normally budget vacationers, so we don't need much, but we decided to splurge for the suite with Ocean view, it ended up being very outdated but that was fine with us. "Dirty bathroom, bloodstains on the sheets, shower had no water pressure. Air conditioning leaked and flooded the bathroom; it took maintenance 4 hours to respond. Then once they said they fixed the issue the AC stopped working and they never responded until the next day."

"There are two buildings side by side with both entrances on Blind Pass Rd. If your room isn't in the first entrance with the front office, it's in the next one :) laundry room on site with very nice pool and waterfall. Would come back"

"We enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The communication and ease of checking in was excellent and the location exceptional for a quick stay in downtown Gulfport. The stairs were not an issue for us and the amenities were fine. The quirky decor and extra room with a sofa added to the comfort.
