"it was a very nice spot a few steps away from the beach. Literally the only issue was the parking. Down a really narrow ally with very minimal space. Other than that the rooms were clean and updated! Pool was perfect and the hammocks were awesome! Beautiful beach really enjoyed the stay"

"AC didn’t get cold. Messaged the staff who stated you we couldn’t turn it lower than 68 bc the AC unit would freeze but it never even got that cool. Couldn’t even sleep comfortably because of this. Talk about miserable when you get back from the beach and can’t even relax. The bed frame was broken and my husband was constantly having to fix the slats so he wasn’t sleeping lopsided. The shower took 10-15 minutes for it to get hot and also took just as long to make it colder. Only one burner on...

"Facility was very clean! Room was in good shape and everything was in working order. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of activities in and outside the hotel. Another Adult pool would be useful. Food in restaurants was very good. More than 1 restaurant had the same menu. Maybe more variety in restaurants. Nice to see gluten free options, however GF burger buns would be a nice addition for another option. We are already planning our trip next year. Will definitely tell others about...

"I booked 2 rooms at $370 each. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the beach and the amenities they advertise on Expedia: private beach, or walk 1 block to the public beach. When I checked in, the frontdesk staff told me we could request a golf cart ride to their private beach, which we did... but then we were told the golf carts had no more battery left and that there is no such thing as a private beach, they just "like to call it that", and we were welcome to walk the 0.5 mile...

"Read everything. Parking is $25 a day plus a $40 a day resort fee (not sure what for) the chairs on the beach are NOT complimentary they too have a daily rate. $350 a night for a standard room I really didn’t expect extra fees and having to pay for beach equipment. The soap in the rooms was the best thing about the stay in my opinion. Lather brand soap was awesome."
