The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

I really enjoyed how close it was for local dining and the short walk to an ocean view. The only complaint was that both of the lamps in the bedroom did not work.

It was relatively clean and comfortable enough. Needed instructions on how things work around the property, such as the tv wouldn’t work. Our garbage was full and didn’t know where to dump it. Could have used more towels, garbage bags, etc.

Excellent stay and close to the beach

This was an excellent place to stay. The suite was clean and well kept. The beds are a little worn, but comfortable enough to sleep. The water pressure in the shower and sinks was the biggest negative. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again

When I arrived at the property, it was under construction. The property had been destroyed by the hurricane. There was no manager on site. The construction worker had to call the property manager on my behalf. She indicated the property should have never been rented. She sent me to another location of a property that she managed a few blocks away. I would like a refund of my money for the significant inconvenience.

Very disappointed. Couldn’t sleep on the uncomfortable sofa bed. Asked for it to be changed. No help. Empty pool had mold growing in it and was unsafe for falling in if kids are around. Just a low quality place.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Very clean, confortable bed, great proximity to anywhere you wanted to go. Quiet evenings. Beautifully clean pool and landscaped area. The staff was amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised for the price, what an amazing place it was to stay. My husband and I will be booking again. JUST Amazing!

Adorei minha estadia. O local é exatamente igual as fotos. Quando chegamos estava com cheiro de limpeza. As toalhas de banho e roupas de cama novas, de excelente qualidade. O sofá-cama, é do tamanho queen, muito confortável. Louças e utensílios de cozinha, tudo novo. Tem o básico pra preparar café da manhã, lanches rápidos. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Nice location, Nice value!

Nice location one block off main strip and very close to nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. The outside of the cottage was not very aesthetic, but the inside was nice, cozy & modern. The 1 bedroom/1bath has 2 TV’s with cable, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, iron, & small ironing board. The bathroom is aesthetically pleasing with good lighting, a large clear glass shower & nice backsplash finish. My only complaints would be that the walls seemed a little thin (occasionally could hear neighbor), bed linens seemed like they could have been cleaner & the light in the kitchen area was too easy to bump your head on (for context - I’m 6’2”). Overall 7.5/10

It was nice because there were not a lot of rooms so there was no fighting over the pool chairs. It was clean and Melissa & staff were very friendly. Our only complaint is the WiFi was a little sketchy with a sparatic signal but that was ok too because it was nice to unplug for awhile! I would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay and will be back to stay at this location again. It was so clean and comfortable, I have not slept that great in a long time. I cannot wait to return to Florida and I am thinking it will be in October.
