"I had such a great stay at Carlton House Suites and Motel—this place was perfect! It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and only about a 10-minute drive to the Pass-a-Grille area, which made exploring super easy. There are also so many fun restaurants nearby, so we always had great options. You can absolutely do a day trip to clearwater, treasure island, and Tampa. They are all very close! The room was very clean, and I really appreciated that trash was picked up daily along with fresh towels. The kitchenette was the perfect size and had everything we needed—fridge, sink, and microwave. The flat-screen smart TV was a nice bonus too. Another big plus was the parking—it was easy and convenient, which made coming and going stress-free. One thing I loved most was how quiet the property is—it made for a really relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I can’t wait to get back to St. Pete Beach and stay here again! "

"While the rooms are dated and the elevators are possible limping along, the amenities at this place are incredible. There is so much for kids to do, a secluded adult pool if you want to get away for a bit, and a beautiful beach. The fact that you can go enjoy the other TRADEWINDS amenities nearby is a huge bonus, basically two resort amenities included in one. We really enjoyed our stay, the beach chairs and umbrellas are included for free and plenty of them, and live music and s’mores every night. A 7/11 nearby and other great places to eat within short walking distances. We will definitely come back."

"The beach view was obstucted would be labeleda partial view at best , current construction going on and was not aware until we got there. Paying for umbrellas and chairs at the beach from our resort was not advertised, would have chosen elsewhere. Good attentive staff at both Harrys and Rumrunners! Food was pretty good and the drinks were delicious."

"The room was clean upon arrival! Housekeeping was great, we need extra pillows and towels. The major complaint we had was the pools were freezing cold! They definitely were not heated as stated. The man at the front desk was not helpful in seeing what the reason was. We realized this hotel was badly hit with the hurricanes and we happy to see them operating again."
