"Stay was pleasant"

"The stay was decent for the price — you definitely get what you pay for. We originally booked a king bed, but were switched last minute to a double room due to the showers not working. When we arrived, the room was missing a shower curtain, only had one toilet paper, the bathroom vanity light didn’t work, there were dead bugs on the floor, no trash can and the room was pretty dusty overall. We didn’t have much time to complain or request extra items since we were busy most of the trip. The front desk customer service was good, but unfortunately the condition of the room would keep me from staying here again."

"The room was clean and spacious. We had enough plugs. Stayed a week and only used 1 tank of gas because we were so closely located to shops, restaurants, theme parks, etc. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying here again. Great value for the price. We stayed a week and had no issues at any point of the stay."

"Clean rooms, our villa was huge, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dining table, ac was amazing after being outside in the heat all day, pool was nice and cool, gym was good as well "

"The room was good. The only complaint I have was the knats in the bathroom. And spider in the tub. "

"Hotel was old and a bit rundown check-in process went smooth with front desk. Breakfast buffet was only average. It did have waffles but one of the waffle machine wasn’t working so it cost a great big back up with the breakfast crowd. There wasn’t much other breakfast food available to have coffee things like that so it was not a very good breakfast buffet maybe a five out of 10 room was OK hotel property outside was a little dilapidated. It did have a nice pool area with an outdoor hot tub unfortunately it was very cold so we didn’t have a chance to use that."
