"It was a very good experience staying at this hotel. In general the Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good spot, easy to get in and out from the highway. It’s located at 15 minutes from Disney Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. In the down side of my stay was the zip line area was closed. And I would like to see variety in the breakfast area, not exactly the same every morning. Giving 4/5 stars. "

"The property definitely needs sprayed of furniture. Bathroom had mold around the grout. Iron was rusty and brunt could not use. Pictures online are very deceiving."

"Parking was almost a mile away. Didn’t even get to stay there and wasted over $200 on the stay. Communication was bad. I tried to get a refund because of the parking situation, they never got back to me. "

"Was not bad for the price. A little disappointed that the main light in my room didn't even have bulbs. I also got woke up very suddenly and abruptly to maintenance being done in the room next door. It was 6:00 in the morning. Would not have minded if it would have been more like 8:00."

"The property was good. It accommodated my family of 5 easily. Love the pool. Wish we paid for it to be heated. As the property stated, it is lil lizards on the outside of the property, was still scared being from New york. Overall would recommend and would be back if i come back to Florida. "
