"This was my first stay at the Century and I chose this hotel for the location and affordability. I was very pleased with the hotel, room, staff and amenities. Walkable to the ferries to Granville Island and many other downtown attractions. Super convenient to food. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"The property is a bit old; for example, the toilet seat in the bathroom was seriously beat up. Seems like a small and inexpensive thing to fix! It was a good walkable neighborhood near the city bus system and the Big Bus tour stop. The cross street is on a bit of a lower socio-economic street with some struggling people and boarded up businesses, but I didn't feel unsafe and I walked on it alone. Walk in any direction and you are near interesting things. It was a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown train to the airport, which cost only a few bucks and saved me a Lyft. "

"Beautiful hotel in Downtown Vancouver. We were too tired to venture out much after two days of planes and trains, so we opted to have a few drinks and a snack in the bar. Excellent food and service. For dinner, we decided to eat in the Cafe. Again excellent service and the food was delicious! Our room was everything we expected and more! Clean, comfortable, and the views were amazing! The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and very professional. We will definitely be back!"
