"The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated."

"Great traditional style hotel with an amazing bar. Friendly staff and convenient location. Only downside is it’s getting old and for some reason they put us in our 60’s right at the back on the 5th floor, which meant climbing narrow staircases to get to our room"

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Other than these couple of things it was actually a lovely stay and it wouldn't put me...
