"Parking is fine. Room was clean enough, had a little bit of a funky smell, but tolerable. Staff seemed to be hard working and polite, and breakfast was favorable. The only real disappointment was that there are NO USB/C charger docks, like on lamps or built into tables that can accommodate a phone charger cord only. Only regular plug in outlets for charging, so make sure you bring your charger head along with your charging cord. Most hotels are pretty up to date with this technology I suspect, just not this one. "

"Hotel was nasty rooms were small window leaked air exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work bedding was horrible microwave stunk and made the room smell and didn’t have coffee made for breakfast."

"Room was basic which given past stays at sister properties was not what we expected. There was a plastic bag over smoke detector assumingly because previous guest smoke or vaped in room. When told to front desk attendant she said it was ok and she couldn’t take it down because she wasn’t tall enough. Had to call front desk because TV remote did not work to which she brought another remote that was for TV because original remote was for live tv. Attendant left remote in room but said they only had 6 left because guests took them. If you want a basic stay this is your place, we have learned to pay the extra few $ and get something better. Also please look at recent reviews and don’t just look at default sorting in app! "

"The workers were great and room was clean, but there wasn’t any hot water. Coming back to shower, relax and rest but hated that me and my kids had to take cold showers that night. No I didn’t call the front desk because we were already tired and didn’t want to have to deal with excuses and possibly moving to another room. "

"This property is currently rated above a 9, which set a certain level of expectation for our stay. Unfortunately, the experience felt much more average than the rating would suggest. To start with the positives, the front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful, and they were the standout part of the stay. However, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property fell short of what I would expect from a hotel with such a high rating. Several areas felt worn and the hotel is clearly showing its age. During breakfast, trash was overflowing and the area generally felt unclean. The breakfast attendant also did not come across as particularly hospitable, which added to the overall impression. For a hotel rated 9+ out of 10, the standard should feel noticeably elevated. In comparison with other properties in this category, this stay felt more like a 6–7 out of 10 experience. There are some good staff members here, but the property and cleanliness standards need improvement to match the rating."
