Staff was very nice but the room was dirty and old. The pull out couch was so nasty looking. I did not want anyone to sleep in it. I requested new rooms with connecting doors and got them. Hotel looks beautiful from the outside but the inside needs a good renovation.

Didn't really interact with the staff much, I was checked in but no conversation was had, wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. The room's carpet looked like it was coming up. Bathtub looked stained. We did not use the shower due to how unclean it looked.

It’s an older hotel, so dated and showing wear. However, we had a perfectly acceptable hotel room at a quite affordable price. So, no real complaints.
