Hotels near Southroads Mall

"The bathroom door was broken and had an unusual “fix” and was difficult to move and was noisy. Due to the set up of the hotel, you can hear people in the lobby all the way up the rooms. If you want to go to bed early and are sensitive to noise this is not the place for you. We used the sofa bed. There was no bedding even though our reservation included the number of people. We had to request bedding 3 times from the front desk within a 2 hour window. The pool was very cold. The hot tub has been filled in. The picture showing a hot tub is extremely old and not true. Parking is an extra fee and the parking lot is just a regular lot. Staff was nice. "

"Breakfast was good. The pool was cloudy and needed to be cleaned. The indoor pool was the reason we chose this hotel. We did not allow our grandsons swim in the pool. "

"Everything was great EXCEPT the bed. We must have had the hardest bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. It was terrible! The customer service was top notch. The room was outstanding and comfortable other than the bed. The breakfast was wonderful. I just dont know why the bed was so bad."
