No entanto, havia o número de telefone dele no comprovante da reserva e eu liguei e ele atendeu e conseguimos resolver tudo. Ele foi muito atencioso. Lugar incrível, porém frio. Mesmo com o aquecedor no máximo, fez bastante frio. Quem viaja com criança, a escada também é perigosa, pois fica um espaço aberto e qualquer descuido, pode cair no 1º andar."

Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."
