We stayed one night and the bathroom tub drain was clogged. They did not have a plunger in the apartment and did not respond quickly to my notification. We had to shower under that condition which was pretty nasty. What really surprised us is that when we were checking out, the reception desk mentioned that they were notified about our situation and that they were sorry. The word sorry in customer service is not a good solution. If you are really sorry, you take some sort of corrective action. These folks did not even try. Very unfortunate 😞. Other than this unacceptable incident, the property met our expectations which were not very high. The shower clog thing is completely avoidable if you manage properly.

Tuve que agregar un día extra a mi estadía. Pero ellos no lo hicieron, debí hacerlo desde la app Me habían dicho que mudarían mis cosas a la nueva habitación…. Pero no lo hicieron Me cobraron el iva aparte del pago (qué hago siempre que reservo, nunca me había pasado) y además se negaron a hacerme factura A El lugar fantástico.

No nos brindaron servicio de limpieza, cambio de toallas ni tampoco, shampoo, acondicionador, etc. Era una departamento cuadruple, y las 2 camas restantes eran un sofa cama con carry cama q no estaba aclarado en ningun lado, el agua salia fria para bañarse y nos cobraron la.tarifa mas cara de todas. La verdas una decepcion total.

Tolle Anlage außerhalb der Stadt am See mit Blick auf die Berge und Bariloche. Ideal für Leute ,die mit Auto unterwegs sind und es etwas ruhiger haben wollen .

El lugar y el departamento es muy lindo , limpieza buena y muy amable todas las personas que trabajan. La comida que se ofrece para comer ahí o llevar no tan buena. El desayuno se ofrece a partir de las 8:30 .
