Comencemos con lo bueno: - La vista maravillosa desde la unidad que nos quedamos (primer piso con terraza/habitación cerrada). - La atención de las chicas de recepción excelente 10/10. Lo malo: - Se pidió un tostador que aparecía en la lista y no apareció por que según estaba en reparación, se preguntó en 2 oportunidades y no fueron capaz de por último traer uno de otra unidad. - El control del televisor de la habitación principal estaba abierto sin tapa y no funcionaba, se cambiaron las pilas y aun así no funcionó. - En la descripción dice canales premium, pero son los canales que toma la antena y se ven muy mal. Se intentó solucionar poniendo un android box para mejorar la calidad, pero el wifi del lugar no era el mas óptimo y no cargaba nada. - El dia que se hizo aseo y cambio de sábanas, al parecer solo se hicieron las camaras pero no se cambio sabanas ya que las fundas de las almohadas tenían las mismas manchas de cuando llegamos. - El shampoo, acondicionador, jabón líquido de la ducha, y el lavalozas estaban todos muy aguados como que los hicieron "rendir" con agua y la esponja para la loza vieja - Lo mas grave fue el tema de la habitación/terraza. Se supone que estaba habilitada para poder usarla como dormitorio, pero fue imposible usarla por las siguientes razones: 1. La ventana estaba roto el marco y entraba mucho aire soplado por lo tanto la habitación no se pudo ocupar. Ademas, no hay privacidad deberian poner filtro de espejo. Tengo foto de todo.

Lugar hermoso con una vista FUERA DE SERIE del lago. Estando con auto es un lugar clave porque está en medio de circuito chico y la ciudad. Tiene un jardín de invierno de la propiedad con toda la vista al lago que ni dan ganas de salir del lugar. Sin ningún tipo de dudas, volveré a quedarme la próxima vez.

La atención del personal fue muy buena. Hicimos el check in tarde a la noche y Felipe fue muy amable en todo el proceso. La vista del lugar es INCREÍBLE, parece que uno está dentro del lago Nahuel Huapi. A mejorar: las almohadas un poco escuálidas y las camas un poco duras. Igual lo volvería a elegir para una noche de paso por Bariloche como fue nuestro caso.

Lugar lindo

Lugar incrível. Unico porem que pela segunda vez,ja fiquei em outra ocasião, as arrumadeiras não limparam o quarto nazdata prevista, oicseja eram para serem 2 arrumações e foi apenas 1. Tivemos que pedir para teocar as toalhas na recepção, o que foi atendido prontamente. De resto tudo ok

O hotel quer cobrar o dolar blue enquanto todos os outros cobram oficial. tive que sacar dinheiro e pagar iva por conta disso. Sem contar que queriam cobrar antes no meu cartão. Limpeza nao fizeram em todos dias combinados, ou seja em 9 dias fizeram apenas 2. A menina da recepção de uma manha que recebeu o dinheiro vivo estupida e grosseira. A unica coisa que salva nesse hotel é a vista pro lago. Quanto ao resto, fujam.

Excelente vista. Condiciones generales buenas. Estábamos en el dúplex. Baño malísimo. Muy chico y agua caliente escasa en cantidad y no alcanza el calor para un baño completo. Buena cocina y completa. El agua en general muy poca presión. El entrepiso de machimbre muy ruidoso.

El paisaje es lo mas!
