"The property is not in a hotel district, but near the bustling commercial strip of Santa Fe Avenue. I was not impressed by the Palermo shopping mall (nothing to do with hotel but 2 blocks away); it has no soul. The Recoleta urban market and the San Telmo market were both more appealing. "This hotel was our base station for our trips to Uruguay and Iguazú falls. They did an excellent job of taking care of our belongings and check in was a breeze. We travel alot and their service was above and beyond. Our TV netflix wasn't working for my mom to watch. They immediately came to the room found the problem and replaced the whole TV.
