"Both the staff were extremely helpful, be sure to visit the restaurant recommended, especially Trattoria Storica, spagetti pesto, baked seabass with potatoes, then panacotta were delicious and staff very entertaining. Combo has perfect grounds to sit and chill very reasonable. The hotel is situated in the perfect spot, very central, just 20 min walk to all sites. Hotel is very clean and rooms are lovely with ensuite and air-conditioning, perfect to put your head down after a long day...

"Amazing stay in an amazing accommodation with amazing hosts! Everything about this hotel was perfect, will definitely be back if back in Venice again. Lovely views of the lagoon from the balcony, very relaxing. Beautiful room with 4 poster bed and comfy mattress and sheets. Optional coffee and pastries brought to room every morning at time of your choosing, great way to start day! Very close and convenient for boat taxi stop to all parts of Venice. Easy and quick to San Marco and Burano."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Abadessa. You can feel the love and care in every detail — from the charming decor to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, always kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect — tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet, yet only a short walk from all the beauty and energy of Venice. A place full of character and heart — highly recommended!"

"The suggestion from hotel cavalieri staff to walk our luggage to the apartment was absurd. Rolling a 29" luggage and wheely carryon over bridges with stairs is ridiculous and very contrary to a 1st class experience we paid 85 euros to have a water taxi to collect us from the apartment A wardrobe door was broken off its hinges before we arrived making the safe inside unusable dissappointing Felt a little odd to have to remove garbage and clean kitchen before we leave considering the price of...

"Our room was very large and well-appointed and very clean. The hotel is steps away from one of the larger canals so getting there was easy. Santa Maria Formosa is across the piazza, and it's easy to get to almost anywhere as it's in the "center of town", if you will. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, honestly it was a magical stay. I can't wait to go back!!"
