"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"A lovely place to stay in Venice. The owners could not help enough, the room was great with marvellous air con. There are no lifts so if you have cases, be prepared to be fit! Nice breakfast and the location is right on the main island so you are ideally located to enjoy the bars and restaurants of Venice. Wonderful. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The location is great, accessible by water taxi or on foot. We could easily walk to San Marco Square and Rialtto bridge. Some great restaurants right around this hotel. Breakfast wasn’t that great though unless you’re just getting pastries. The eggs and bacon weren’t appetizing. There also are no hooks in the bathroom and our shower didn’t have a door so there was nothing to hang towels or robes from. I feel like that’s an easy upgrade the hotel can make. They do have...

"When we arrived on the train we decided to walk instead of taking the water bus. It was about a 22 min walk having to carry luggage up and down various small bridges and through narrow streets. My daughter and I are in shape so it wasn’t too bad. The hotel was walkable to popular sites. We used gps to navigate. We were close to Rialto Bridge and also not far from St.Marks Square. "Perfekte Lage. Gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles sauber, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Frühstück hat auch gepasst. Personal sehr freundlich. Trotz Anreise in der Nacht wurde nach vorheriger Rücksprache (unmittelbar nach Buchung) alles so geregelt, dass ich Zugang zum Haus/Zimmer bekam. Perfekt. Das Zimmer wurde während einer Geschäftsreise benötigt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. "
