"The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. "The Staff, the Pool folks, the bartenders the people at the buffet. Everybody was so loving and courteous. The only thing I would say for improvement is updating the rooms outside of that beautiful. We are going back again next year and taking people with us."

"The hotel is in a good location outside of the downtown area hotels. I would suggest if staying here renting a car would be very helpful and convenient if you do not like to walk. My family and I walked for about 10 minutes from the hotel to the main road to catch the bus #10 that drives up and down W Bay St for about $2 per ride. You can walk to beautiful Saunders Beach from the hotel but can also take the bus. Do not skip on visiting Goodman's Bay Park, its a beautiful beach (you will need to...

"I liked that we had free access to Atlantis, free breakfast, and the coupons for the restaurant were nice. The check in process was annoying. We had to stand in line for 30 minutes. Check in is 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until 3:45. Also a lot of maintenance in the hotel."
