"They have the most wonderful and friendly staff. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I gave four stars because on our last day the showers stopped working. When they did work, the water was brown. We finally were able to shower at 9pm, but it was a bummer after swimming at the beach and not being able to clean off. Other than that this resort is astonishing. "

"One of the worst experience! Bath tub drain was extremely slow and notified the manager the following day. He said he would have someone fix it but never did. We stayed there for 3 nights, having to deal with water backing up and felt very gross after taking shower. Dirty, gross bedsheet on the sofa bed. Questionable neighborhood. Definitely would not recommend!"

Beautiful Property & Great Service w/ a few issues
"Our stay at the Baha Mar was close to perfect. The property is excellently maintained. The attentiveness of staff is excellent, minus at SkyBar and Cigar Bar. The private beach is elite. Pools are plentiful, beautiful, and very well designed. The food on property we enjoyed from Stix but better food can be found off property at a Fish Fry or I highly recommend Tuga Supper Club near Sandals. A nice and easy walk or quick taxi away. The only cons I had was the onsite hospital and store close at 11p you can’t get a bandaid or any medical supplies contained in a first aid kit at all. The staff is not well versed in first aid and security is not either. There are also no first aid kits anywhere apparently despite the clear wealth generated by the property. The other is is the outrageous room refrigerator extortion. It’s $50 to get a fridge in your room. $50 to empty the drinks in the built in fridge already in the room that is full of drinks that if you move are automatically, electronically charged to your room incidentals. $9 for a can of Sprite is insanity. The stay was amazing but the expensive nickle and diming was not ideal."
