"Lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was really spacious and well maintained, although the aircon was a little noisy. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. Pool area well maintained, although I'm irritated by people who reserve loungers with towels then don't turn up for the entire day! The lifeguards worked hard to keep the area tidy and offer assistance with moving loungers/umbrellas. A reasonable stroll down the the marina, where there are some lovely restaurants to...

"Four of us stayed for a week at the Hotel Negresco in August. It's in a very convenient location in Playa de Palma, just across the street from the beach and adjacent to several bus lines going to the city and the airport. The staff members were wonderful: they were always polite, friendly, and helpful, and most were multi-lingual. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was well-maintained. We only had a couple of minor complaints. First, the room air conditioning could not cope...

"The hotel, the staff, the amenities were all perfect. The hotel itself is so beautiful, the room was perfect and so spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they always ensured my 2 year old was happy which was amazing. Breakfast is incredible, so much choice. The restaurants on site are also fantastic, our favourite was Roka. We dined there twice and couldn’t recommend it enough. (Book at sunset for the best vibe!) We can’t wait to return again next year!"
