The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the center of the village where everything is happening. The atmosphere is peaceful, room are large and clean and most important the people are so kind and helpful, Schelsea, Britt, Dani and of course Fran during the breakfast time make everything possible to please us. A lovely simple historic hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Friendly staff looked after us and fed us well (delicious breakfast and dinner), catering personally to my dietary requirements. Swimming pool is small but perfectly refreshing on a hot day. Location of the hotel is optimal. Thanks for making our short stay so delightful!

I loved this hotel! It’s so conveniently located in the middle of the old town of soller right next to the tram to the port and historic train to Palma. It’s still extremely quiet though at night! They cleaned our room every day. The pool is beautiful! The staff was extremely helpful and called us a cab on our last day. Highly recommend!

I loved the historical charm that the hotel had, and I especially found the girl who was working there in the afternoon and evening so so helpful. I felt very comfortable and I loved how easily accessed the hotel was to the charm of Soller and the western coast. Maybe I missed it, but as a traveling tourist, I wasn't quite sure where I was supposed to park when I first showed up as Soller is VERY different than the type of city/town I am used to driving in. I think I did show up to the right parking area, but it seemed full. I think providing more parking help may be very beneficial or at least make them a little more prominent.

The Hotel El Guia was perfect for our few days in Soller. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable and the pool was just what we needed at the end of a hot day. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

In the heart of Soller you cannot find a better location to discover the surrounding town, including the port. It is a nice central location to take all the amazing hiking trails. They have a great number of options for breakfast that are affordable with a gorgeous patio and back patio with pool and lounge chairs.

Feels like home

Friendly and welcoming staff. As if you are coming home. Location excellent with the “ tramzia” just a small block away and the center plaza is another block away.

Property is in a prime location. Walking distance to the Plaça and the train. Restaurant service is second to none. We were highly impressed particularly with Fran. He is so devoted and kind to everyone.

The front desk was very nice and helpful and the location was FABulous. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but doable. I think you can prebook parking with the hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights, it was central to everything in the city and the staff was very kind. The bathroom door was a little tough to open/ close but not a big deal. Bedroom was bigger than expected and our room (206) has a couch which was really nice. Would definitely return in the future.

Just loving it since six years. Very friendly and obliging staff, cute hotel in typical majorcan style, delicious dinner (also typical majorcan). And the place is very good for reaching the tren (100m), as well as restaurants and the placa (200m) with all the shops and night life. But the hotel is situated in a small side street, so it's quiet as well!
