"The reception staff were helpful and professional throughout my stay. I experienced a few issues, including a blocked shower. I informed the receptionist, who contacted the manager, and the manager arranged for a plumber to resolve the problem. Once it was fixed, I cleaned the area myself, as this had not been addressed by the room cleaning staff. The property appears to be more suitable for short stays and business travellers rather than families with children. There is no café or restaurant...
