"I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed

"just had a fantastic 4 night stay here, with the all-inclusive package. The food was excellent, and we never had to queue too long to get drinks. The pool area is beautiful and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger in the mornings. We used the free shuttle bus to Palmanova too which was great. The rooms are comfortable with an excellent shower."
"Nice and clean environment.View is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Pool area is fantastic.Local amenities present with plenty of restaurants around. A small tourist train will take you to explore the coastline and places to eat.
