"Superb stay. Hotel and complex spotlessly clean and staff very welcoming. Lots of free activities for kids and the food and drink options were really good. We ate out twice to have a more relaxed dinner but dining was managed very well. Pool was great but a bit cold at this time of year for our kids (four years old). Beach and nice touristy shops very close and beach and sea were lovely for swimming. "

"We stayed at the Morito apartments, very close to a beautiful beach. We had full use of hotel facilities which was a very short walk on the same street. Plenty of sunbeds available by the pool and great service and entertainment some evenings. Quite a busy area but great for families and shopping "

"I was unable to get a later check out but Hotel was accommodating. I was able to store my luggage as I still had access to amenities and they allowed me to shower at the spa. Lovely stay"

"This hotel is a lot of fun for families. Lots of kids and activities for them. The suite was very comfortable. This hotel is on the beach, a beautiful cala with clear water, lots of fish and an area for cliff jumping. On the side of the cala there is a small hiking trail that takes you to the Mirador. This is the meeting point for Starfish Dolphin watching excursions, so very convenient. There are some restaurants, shoos, and mini markets in the area which is great. The minitrenet stop (tourist train)is less than a block away. You can walk to downtown Cala D'or annd Marina but we didn't with kids. The reception calls a taxi for you and it is between 5 and 6euros. The minitrenet runs every hour and stops at main points in the area. We only ate a couple times at the hotel and the food was ok. There are two places to buy ice cream on tue premises. Finally, the staff at his resort is outstanding, dedicated, polite, friendly and effetely. Highly recommend."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Grupotel Port D’Alcudia and I would recommend this to families with young children looking for a good value stay. The accommodation was ideal, super clean and the beds very comfy. Whilst there was evening entertainment, the hotel is quiet, not rowdy and we were able to sleep well every night. Location is good, about a 5 min stroll to the beach, a convenience supermarket directly opposite the hotel (but there is a bigger Lidl about 5-10 mins walk away too). To walk to the Port took us around 20 mins with children, and there is a bit more going on there, plenty of restaurant choices, shops and the marina to enjoy."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. A beautiful hotel with amazing pools. Breakfast has alot of variety and I enjoyed it every morning. Staff were so lovely, especially the household staff. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was fantastic and much needed in 30+ degrees. There's not many places I go back to but this is definitely one place I'll return to. My only thing to complain about was the extremely poor wifi. Not usable at all. The location is truly incredible, with perfect beaches and restaurants. I'll be back sooner than later. Thankyou"

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."
