"The property is just ok, we had a little problem with the toilet, I ended up getting a plunger from the store to clear the toilet. I think a little updating on tv would be helpful, as a person coming from USA and I don’t understand the languages having a smart tv would be nice, something to watch and relax at the end of the night would be nice, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful "

"Jag valde trädgårdsrummet för att jag inte behöver havsutsikt, bara ett enkelt, rent och bekvämt ställe att vara på. Z Garden ligger i utkanten av det livliga området i El Nido, men hotellet självt är lugnt. Det lyckas med den paradoxen. På dagen kommer ljuset in genom takfönstret, inte direkt, det värmer inte, men det känns bra. Ingen frukost, det visste jag redan när jag bokade. "The staff were very helpful. Anything we asked was not too much for them. Now the breakfast was to another level because of our diet we are restricted with options but the chef was fantastic and he made brilliant breakfast to our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Location wise the hotel was great - walkable to everything. Breakfast was ok, once it got low they didn’t refill much of the foods so go early. The room is simple, but works. The AC works decent not on full blast but that with the fan we were ok."

"Pros: Staff is very friendly and attentive, clean room, and close to many restaurants, bars, and ferry. Complementary massage was great. Cons: No daily room service/cleaning, I am not sure if I was supposed to ask for that, but didn’t bother me either. "
