"Despite the swimming pool being renovated and our stay was in the middle of two typhoons (Tino and Uwan), room/amenities and staff were overwhelmingly attentive, accommodating and helpful. Apart from taking a private tour from Palawena (island hopping), we were also able to visit the Miniloc and Pangulasian islands during our stay. Special thanks to the front desk team (Devine, Mheanne and Fran?), food and beverage team (Sanders, Carla and Jocelyn), housekeeping (Christine) and Lifeguard Ed +...

"Great location with lot's of charachter and a great staff that made all arrangements for us including tours. The location way down the Strand is what made it special, but also a little ways away from town. Their dedicated Tuk Tuk driver was awesome and easy to schedule, which eliminated that problem..."

"Not a very happy stay but we had amazing time in el nido. Hotel is very far away from downtown, the transportation is a huge problem, if you walk, it will takes like half an hour, and normal tricycle cannot come in Becoz the narrow road, if it is a raining day, you hv to walk into this muddy lane, and hotels staff not very helpful at all."

"5/5 stars is the perfect summary for this angle of paradise, just a few steps from an amazing beach full of restaurants. Nani and Elias, the two owners, and their staff are the best we could have hoped for. 100% recommended!"

"Our family had a relaxing and memorable stay at Lihim Resorts. What stood out most about the resort was the epic sunset seen from Henri's Restaurant, and the private Hayag beach resort - but many things stood out during our stay. From our group which included seniors and kids, everyone had a relaxing experience.
The staff were super friendly every step of the way, and at every touch point (airport, welcome entrance, dining, bar, pool), and available any time you need them. What really stood out...

"Breakfast was limited. Went to eat at 8am and most of customers ate the food early. Not satisfied with the staff. Coffee and fruit cups were out. Needed to ask for the cups and they give me the coffee cup for fruit drinks. Some food were almost emptied. I paid lot of money to enjoy my time off. Hope they can improve next time. "

"A really beautiful accomodation with so much space and amenities that you need. The service is impeccable and everyone is friendly and willing to help you. We loved our time at Bahay Artisano and would recommend to others. "

"Me gustó mucho la amabilidad y ganas de ayudar de la propietaria.
La zona en cuestión está en construcción, difícil de encontrar la primera vez y las habitaciones pendientes de renovar."

"Everything was perfect! Only comment that we have is that going in to the property is annoying. Not their fault but the government (talk about local and national government corruption). The road going in is all muddy. We just felt bad for the tricycle drivers/hotel staff because of the road situation but still they were too nice and gave their best serving the guests. Would def recommend still!"

"The entrance to the property needs improving, there was no toilet paper provided and the air conditioning very noisy but effective. That could benefit from a generator for when the powers out too. "
"The staff and the hotel is GREAT!!! The only complaint I have is the airconditioner NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH DISINFECTANT. many hotels don’t realize that when the smell of mold and mildew (common in tropics)is coming from the aircon that means the guests are breathing in mold and mildew spores which can make guests sick. I was put on antibiotics and was sick for a week. Highly recommend this happens or I will not be staying again. "
