Amazing staff, great room, really spacious and clean. Amenities are great and the breakfast was one of the best ive had all around the world. Highly recommend the hotel. Pool on top floor has an amazing view also.

The property is stunning and the staff is very friendly. If I ever come back to El Nido, this is definitely the place to stay. The A/C worked well which isn’t always the case with many hotels around Palawan. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend for a group of 4 to comfortably stay in El Nido. It’s walkable distance from many restaurants and the main port is only a 10 min walk. Thank you guys for a great stay!

Great views from the pool. Wonderful and friendly staff. The property presents beautifully but our rooms furniture was a little aged. Beds were comfy, A/C worked. There was a type of very small fridge style thing but it was barely keeping anything cold. Shower and toilet are separate which makes the shower a little smaller. The breakfast had a nice variety.

Staff were amazing. Room was big and air conditioned, beds super comfy. Bathroom directly into bedroom which wasn’t great and we didn’t have a balcony so very hard to dry swimming costumes etc. Great location. Just at top of town, easy to walk in or grab a trike.

Highly recommend this hotel if you want an amazing place to stay in El Nido. The staff are the best very attentive and super helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food is amazing, they have a great chef and the food quality and options are very good, all the food we tried was top notch. The pool area is nicely done and clean and the drinks are very good. We will definitely come back to Lagun.

We had an excellent stay at Lagun Hotel! The hotel’s convenient location is a standout feature, with the canopy walk and the vibrant Times Square area just a short stroll away. Being so close to an array of restaurants, bars, and shops made exploring the city effortless. The staff were incredibly approachable, offering cheerful and attentive service that truly made the experience memorable. The comfort and hospitality at Lagun Hotel exceeded all expectations—I can’t wait to return! Truly recommend this hotel stay to anyone that comes to El Nido. Make sure to fly with Air Swift to land at Lio Airport which is less hassle to get here rather than from Puerto Princesa. Also, to get around the town rent a motorbike/scooter and it’s fun😁

In terms of the staff, they are excellent, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. Each of them should be commended for their hard work and commitment to excellence. The facility itself is just okay. The TV in the hotel room does not work (no connection to certain channels). The view to the rear of the hotel is unsightly with what appears to be squatters. Not sure what the hotel can or should do about it. Although the room is clean in general, I find it uncomfortable.

Hotel is in a great location, very short walk or tuk tuk ride to the beach, restaurants and shopping in El Nido. AC works and hotel is mostly cool. Pool is great and has a beautiful view of El Nido and the ocean. Rooms were tiny, I felt catfished by the photos. Bathroom and shower have frosted glass doors and not super private. The rooms also had sugar ants in the bathroom and on the tables. The window overlooked someone’s house and the roosters started crowing at 5:30am (around sunrise). The hotel was similarly priced to others in the area and we will find a different hotel to stay at next time. All that said, we travel to El Nido often and typically find the accommodations to be rustic. Food was ok. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They also have towels for the pool and beach.
