The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels for the pool.) The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped...

"Le mobilier était vieux et usé par le temps et les passages, le réfrigérateur était dans un état catastrophique et la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû laver tous les draps et les serviettes, le parquet était très abîmé autour du climatiseur et celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, aucun service de ménage n'était inclus et il n'y avait ni aspirateur ni balai pour faire un peu de ménage. Bref, vous trouverez facilement mieux tout proche et dans les meme prix."

"room was ok....floor a little dirty....bed sheets seemed clean....bathroom was clean. coffee pot didnt work. no kitchen towles....a kitchen towel would have been nice....just one towel thats all. location was great. view was great. elevator situation needs improvement...elevators and the fobs were not good"

"Everything was excellent about this property except the food we ordered in room for dinner was over cooked and French fries, empanadas chicken tenders hard and cold for that price to include high tax and gratuity charges I can’t believe I didn’t go downstairs to complain and get a refund or made them redo all that food ! Over 100 hundred dollars but we didn’t ! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends but tell them about the restaurant and prices . Construction...

"Please be aware that you will be charged a $220 cleaning fee post-departure as these rooms are not part of the main Four Seasons hotel, but individual residences owned by third parties who then pass on the charge. They are serviced by the hotel, who make the cleaning charge is made upon departure. This wasn’t made clear, or indicated during the booking process. Be warned!"

"Good location with relative value. Did not expect an Air-B&B-Check-in, but get a quick response by phone call. A big suite, with slightly old furniture, some missing parts, like missing washbasin sink cover, a door handle, a missing light bulb etc, could be a concern for a new check-in guest. Generally good for a short stay with cheaper price."
