"Everything about this hotel was amazing. Stunning lobby all decorated for Christmas. Good restaurant, amazing customer service, clean, large room, nice bathroom. Close to Bryant Park and Times Square. Was right across the street from Harry Potter show. Highly recommend. The only disappointing part was having to pay for luggage storage on the way out. It’s free on the way in. Plan accordingly if you don’t want to pay the extra money. "

"Me encantó este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en Manhattan y a minutos de todo. El desayuno en el restaurante estuvo divino. Además, tienen la facilidad de guardar el equipaje después del check-out y te asisten para solicitar transporte hacia el aeropuerto, algo que fue muy conveniente. El servicio tanto en español como en inglés fue excelente. Lo único que me hubiese gustado tener en la habitación era un horno microondas y una hielera, pero aun así la experiencia fue espectacular....
