"The hotel is beach front, located near all the action, very walkable to shops and restaurants. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms give Miami Beach vibes, vibrant colors with plenty of space to move around. Beds and pillows were very comfy, slept great. The room offers a nice sized dressing area, space for 2 to move around. The shower was also spacious, loved that there was a shower wand, it may seem a small luxury but appreciated greatly. A continental breakfast is offered, great tasting...

"Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The room looked nothing like the photos, we could hear people walking around upstairs all night. The towels even had stains on them. When I brought up that the room didn’t match the pictures, the front desk basically said, “You booked through a third party, not us,” which wasn’t helpful at all. The room didn’t even have a toothbrush or toothpaste. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience."

"when I asked for an ocean view they said it is not for third party bookings which made me feel ......... The jacuzzi was occupied by rowdy teenagers from Avalon which penetrated thru no lock gate, and made me uncomfortable. for over $400 per nite I expected more."

"I loved that there was an upstairs terrace with 360 views of Catalina island. I also liked that I had a private entrance to my room. The hotel staff was super friendly as well and was very welcoming!"

"The staff was lovely, our view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the AC was outstanding . We even had comfy robes to wear during our stay ! My only complaints are that the room was smaller than anticipated, and there is no elevator so it's not accessible (there are no rooms on the first floor) . Overall a great place to stay !"

"Within walking distance to EVERYTHING!!! The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and a good size. The rooms were well stocked. Only an 8 minute simple stroll from the dock where the ferry is. The breakfast was satisfying enough to start our day. They had luggage storage, which was great because we arrived early and didn’t want to tote everything around town and to lunch! We will definitely stay again!"

"It’s steps away from the beach it was the best especially traveling with kids you can go back to the room when needed to use the restroom, change etc! Nice cold AC and lovely staff!"

"For what we paid for weeknight stays, you’d think the place would be better maintained. Pretty dirty and run down. Thinnest toilet paper maybe ever. WiFi was down. And people were stomping around loudly all hours of the day."
