"The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. "

On top of that, there were several hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed. The hotel charged $25 per day for parking in an almost empty lot, plus extra amenity fees for basic features that should already be included. "The beach view was obstructed from our room. The elevator was broken the whole time we were there. However the food was excellent and the amenities were great! "

"Many things in the room broken or not working. No blankets available. No soap, crummy shampoo, showerheads that are blocked. Lights flicker or don’t work. No hangers or anyway to get them. Bathroom doorknob broke off. This is a place in decline ."
